I know the Sec Two heat has finally began to hit in and everyone's struggling to manage personal relations and the towering academic workload. ): But all the more at this period of time we have to be even more bonded as a batch, not because we're 'forced' to stay together for the remaining 3 years but because we truly care for each other, right?
I know the above sounds kinda corny and cliched, but hey it's true! :D Today's practice, in my opinion, was one of the worst because the atmosphere was so sullen and grave. The practice when Emily left wasn't even as bad. ):
It's kinda impossible for one to put on a smile and be nice to everyone 24/7, we all have our mood swings at times, and managing personal relationships are not easy. I'm not really clear about what truly happened today, or what didn't happen today in practice, but I just wanted to say that we still have higher and tougher obstacles to cross in the future years.
Like Deb said, after the Sec Fours leave our batch will be the one anchoring the CCA down, and I'm thinking that in the future if we continue emo-ing every month, what would become of the CCA? I'm not directing this post at anyone in particular, but the whole batch. Whatever happened before Miss Goh steps in would be put aside for the practice with Miss Goh, at least, to maintain our professionalism.
I'm sorry if this sounds too heartless and stiff, but if we buckle every time something not so big happens, sooner or later our CCA would crumble into pieces.
